Store Pickup

Store pickup is a blended service of online and offline free of cost where a customer gets the flexibility of ordering online and at his/her convenience pick up the ordered product from a Leanexa Store (to see the locations of our currently existing stores, click here) nearby. This gives the customer freedom of ordering a product from the cloud and pick up from a physical store while they are outside. This service offers less delivery time as compared to online purchase and delivery. The product(s) will be ready for the customers as soon as he/she confirms to purchase anything online. Customers’ don’t need to worry or wait for a deliveryman at his doorstep. In addition, customers can avail exclusive offers from www.leanexa.com while picking up from physical stores. Store pickup is available on every single product available at www.leanexa.com. Currently, all of our physical stores are offering this service. The customer can use any of the payment options or pay in the store while picking up the product.

When a customer places an order online from www.leanexa.com, he/she will receive an order placement email with the items purchased, the store address (convenient to the customer and by his/her choice). The customer will then receive a call from customer care for verification and confirmation. The order is confirmed when the customer checkout with the selected items.

On the rare occasion, if a customer is not satisfied with the product, he/she ordered, the customer can look for a different product of the same or higher price from the store pay the balance amount to store after billing. Although www.leanexa.com ensures that a customer will be delightful with his/her purchases, in some cases the customer may also wish to cancel an order in the last minute. In that case, if the payment method is COD, the customer doesn’t need to pay anything but to cancel the order online or take help of our sales personnel available at the physical store. If the customer pays in advance via debit/credit card or other online banking channel, the return of money will take some time after the order is cancelled. If a customer wish to amend the order, he/she can do so online or take help of our sales personnel at any physical stores. To collect product(s) of an order a customer will have to mention the order number (the order number will be found at the email and sms, www.leanexa.com sends immediate after checkout and copy of one piece of photo ID preferably National ID card, Passport, Driving license, i.e. any proof which authenticates the customer’s name & address.

The customer can authorize anyone to pick up the ordered goods through an authorization letter (to get a sample of authorization letter, please click here) mentioning the order number and copy of one piece of photo ID preferably National ID card, Passport, Driving License i.e. any proof which authenticates name & address of the bearer.
