hroughout this policy, “Home Delivery” means whether delivery man from Leanexa or its associates or third party will reach the product to the customer’s doorstep or any other place selected by the customer. “Shipping” means handing over the goods to the courier service agency or home delivery partners.

Leanexa Limited and its associates aims to run home delivery and shipping free all over Bangladesh within next day of placing order provided that the order is placed by 4 p.m. Primarily, Dhaka and Narayanganj City Corporation area is under this service. Gradually, more cities and towns will be added. Where free home delivery service is not available, Leanexa Limited will deliver the product to the nearest courier service agency the customer chooses free of cost. The customer will have to collect the parcel by himself/herself from the courier agency. If the order is placed by 4 p.m., shipping is done at the same day.

A few restrictions force us from shipping certain products to all over Bangladesh. We feel extremely sorry for that and convey our deep apology to our beloved customers if we fail to deliver your products for those unseen restrictions.

You will be notified at checkout page if we are unable to ship specific items to the address you have provided.

We also encourage you to check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions. When possible, the product detail pages filter out offers that cannot be shipped to your delivery address. To determine your shipping location, we will use your default delivery address you have provided during signing up your account and otherwise, we will use the address you provide during checkout or we will use your IP address to assume.
